PROGRAM CONTENT
The course is based on a uniquely developed online platform coupled with Prof. Kofman's two leadership books: Conscious Business (2008); and The Meaning Revolution: The Power of Transcendent Leadership (2018). 360-degree skill set development - from team work, purposeful management and conflict resolution, through non-violent communication and philosophy, and all the way to coaching and mindfulness.
